Alright, I'll be less cryptic, so here are some of my faves: Bali, Cape Town, Paris, Samarkhand, Sydney; travel (with some luxury though); art, architecture, advertising and design; music (jazz, fusion/progressive, classical/opera, and some worldbeat, rock and blues); Monty Python (and its ilk of off-the-wall comedy); movies (from Il Postino to Incubus and everything between); swimming (a hostile frog-style); reading (bills excluded); the 'Net....plus whatever else is the flavour of the moment with me, of course. ;-) In a sense, I'm younger than I look but older than I feel. And, as to what I'm like, well, I'm different things to different people at different times. So you could almost say I'm a voyage of discovery - now, whether I'm the new world or the dark continent is really all up to you. :-)
Interests
In a word: eclectic. In two words: rather unusual. And for more words, feel free to ask me.
Favorite Movies
Currently awaiting the arrival of "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" - a mockumentary featuring Sacha Baron Cohen as Kazakh TV presenter Borat Sagdiyev.
Favorite TV Shows
Commercials...don't you think they oh-so mirror life? (Or is it the reverse?)
Favorite Books
For heavy reading, the work of Umberto Eco, Ayn Rand and a few others; and, for lighter reading, the interviews in Victoria's Secret catalogues (okay, so there aren't any 'interviews' in them!).
if you are in Facebook, are concerned about human rights, and are in Malaysia, please take a moment to join the "Stop Fascism, Abolish ISA, Free All Detainees" cause in Facebook.
("ISA" is Malaysia's Internal Security Act which allows the Malaysian Government to detain and confine anyone indefinitely and which is often used to silence any opposition and prevent dissent.)
please feel free to post this in your own bulletin board here as well as in Friendster, Multiply, MySpace, Orkut, and Tagged.
